On October 28th, 2021 at approximately midnight, Highspire Police were called for a report of a woman standing in traffic stopping cars to beg for money. Highspire Police have been receiving numerous calls and reports of this activity by the same person for the past month.  Police issued several warnings to Sabrina Seawright to which she has not stopped this action.  On one occasion, Seawright flagged down a police car on RT 230 to beg for money.  It is believed the money is being sought after for illegal purposes.  In response to this incident today, Seawright will be arrested via summons for Disorderly Conduct, Obstructing Highways and Disturbing the Peace. Seawright will face a hearing at DJ Lenker 12-2-02.
