On Friday 1/21/22 at approximately 2228 hours, Highspire Police observed a vehicle swerving along the roadway.  The driver was stopped and police discovered he was intoxicated. The driver was ID as Jeffery Shivers. Shivers will be charged via summons for Driving Under the Influence, Careless Driving, and Open Container. A hearing will be held before MDJ Kenneth Lenker in the near future.
