On Thursday 11/18/21 at approximately 0147 hours, Highspire Police on routine patrol found a parked car at Memorial Park. Police discovered two occupants in the back seat of the vehicle.  Upon further investigation Police discovered powder cocaine,  crack cocaine and marijuana and other drugs inside the vehicle. Police charged Devon Siar with Possession with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Public Intoxication. Siar was transported to Dauphin County Booking Center for arraignment. Siar will have a preliminary hearing on this incident at DJ Lenker's Office 12 2 02 in the near future.
