On 03/01/23 at approximately 0225 hours, Highspire Police were called by a victim reporting being assaulted by Antoine Stuart.  As a result of that investigation, police did charge Stuart with Simple Assault. A hearing will be held at MDJ Kenneth Lenker's Office 12-2-02.
