On 8/17/21 at approximately 0200 hours, Highspire Police were called to 500 block of Second St for a Domestic Violence incident. During the incident Police discovered Michael Stuver was in violation of a court PFA order that evicted him from the residence and also violated the NO CONTACT order the judge set forth. Michael Stuver was arrested on scene and will face a hearing at Dauphin County Court on the violations of the PFA order.
