On Friday, 3/19/21 Highspire Police were called to the 500 block of Second St for a report of a Domestic Argument issue.  Highspire Police arrived on scene and during the investigation discovered drug paraphernalia associated with Michael Stuver of Highspire.  Stuver was charged via summons and transported to Dauphin County Booking Center. A hearing will be held at District Justice Lenker's Office 12-2-02
