On Halloween 10/31/20 Highspire Police were called to a report of an intoxicated person in the area of Second and Lumber Streets in the Borough. The person was identified as Michael R Tyson Jr who was intoxicated to the extent that he was a danger to himself and others. Tyson was arrested for Public Intoxication and police were able to locate a ride home for Tyson. The arrest was filed through District Justice Lenker's Office 12-2-02
