On 11/17/20 at approximately 345 am hours, Highspire Police observed a vehicle driving with an Equipment Violation. The driver was stopped and identified as Vincent G Waters Jr.  During the course of the traffic stop police detected a recent odor of burning marijuana and ran the drivers information discovering outstanding warrants for the drivers arrest. During the arrest police recovered a small amount of marijuana. The driver, Vincent G Waters Jr was arrested for Outstanding Warrants, Equipment Violations and Possession of Marijuana ( small amount ) Charges were filed through District Justice Lenker's Office 12-2-02
