On 2/13/2021 at approximately 2130 hours, Highspire Police responded to a 911 call for help in the area of 600 block of Willow Street. During this incident, Highspire Police Officers quickly determined that several children were in need of assistance. Highspire Police along with Dauphin County Children and Youth and Dauphin County District Attorney Office all assisted in this investigation and did charge Christine M. Womack with 2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of Children. Womack was arraigned at Dauphin County Night Court and will face a hearing at District Justice Lenker 12-2-02.
