On March 27, 2023 Highspire Police received a report that Khalil J Perry B/M/17, a Highspire resident, has not come home to his parents and is considered a Missing Person.  Perry is a student at Steelton Highspire High School. Police have traced some information and believe Perry is somewhere on the West Shore specifically Lemoyne, PA.  Perry is described as 6 ft tall, thin about 170 lbs, hair is long dread style.
