Highspire Borough Police Department, is asking for the public’s help in identifying person(s) of interest in a theft investigation. Police seek to identify a van and two individuals involved in the theft of approximately fifteen 12" x 36" steel drainage trench grates and material supplies, which were stored on the lot of a Warehouse and Manufacturing Facility. The suspects are reported to be operating a black or dark blue-colored, 1997-2002 Ford Econoline Super E350 Club Wagon, with aluminum running boards. The van's right rear cargo door window appears to be smashed out and is covered by a black plastic garbage bag and white tape. Also, the van's front left side bumper has a red colored vanity plate attached, and the van has a missing right front wheel hubcap, as shown in the pictures. The clear stock van photo is similar to the suspect vehicle, but not the actual van.
