Highspire Police Department is currently investigating a HIT/ RUN Accident that occurred on Monday 08/11/2025 at about 1800 hours in the rear parking lot of Champion's Sports Bar located at 300 Second St Highspire, PA 17034.  The victim parked in the rear parking lot a white Nissan SUV and went into the establishment for dinner.  When coming back out to their vehicle at 1900 hours they noticed evidence of a crash into the driver side of the vehicle leaving black paint transfer.  Police did check video surveillance and discovered that a black GMC Denali Dual Wheel Truck pull onto lot causing the accident.  It appears an unknown Hispanic male exited the truck and looked at the damage then left the scene with out notification.  Police are seeking assistance from the community to contact Highspire Police with any information.  All information will be kept confidential.
