This week the members of the Susquehanna Township Police Department, both past and present, mourned the loss of beloved Retired Corporal Ralph Franklin. Pastor Bass described Corporal Franklin as an “Officer and a Gentleman”. Thank you Pastor Bass for defining Corporal Ralph Franklin for exactly who he was in life. A caring and compassionate Police Officer, and a kind, respectful, and selfless Gentleman in life. Rest in Peace our beloved brother, we have the Watch.
