Susquehanna Township Police arrested Joseph Francis, 26, on outstanding Burglary warrant stemming from an incident in August in which Francis was allegedly foricbly entering an unoccupied home in the 3200 block of Butler Street for the purposes of using heroin. On 9-1-15, Susquehanna Twp. Detectives observed Francis in the 3500 block of Walnut Street and Francis fled on foot. Officers chased after him and as he crossed Walnut Street in the 3400 block he was struck by a vehicle. Francis continued to run following the crash and was captured shortly afterwards.

On 8-19-15 there was a reported theft of a credit card from a resident at an assisted living facility in Susquehanna Township. Later that date the two pictured suspects were seen using the victims credit card at different locations within the Township. Investigation revealed that the same suspects are suspected in other thefts and usages of stolen credit cards in Cumberland and York Counties. The suspects identities are unknown at this time and we are asking for the publics assistance in identifying them. Anyone with information is asked to call Det.

On 8-18-15 the Susquehanna Township Police received a report of some supicious persons possibly selling firearms out of a vehicle in the 3400 block of Walnut Street. Officers observed 2 males outside of the vehicle with the rear hatch open and approached them. One of the males quickly closed the hatch and fled on foot and was caught a short distance away and was identified as Jordan Keys. The other male was detained at the scene and identified as Saquan Parker, and Parker was found to have a small bag of cocaine in his possession. .

The other male was detained at the scene and identified as Saquan Parker, and Parker was found to have a small bag of cocaine in his possession. .

On July 16, 2015 the Susquehanna Township Police were summoned to the Family Dollar, in the Dauphin Plaza, for a retail theft.  Three female suspects left the store just prior to police arrival.  The store had video surveillence of the suspects and an investigation into their identity ensued.   Their pictures were posted on Crimewatch and an anonymous caller utilized the TIPS line and identified all three. Further investigation confirmed the identity of the trio as Treasure Lindsay, Kathleen Gardner and Lois Gardner.

On 4-28-15 at approximately 12:00 pm there was a retil theft at the Sneaker Villa on Union Deposit Road in Susquehanna Township.

The Susquehanna Township Police are seeking to identify the person pictured.  The person pictured is a witness to an incident that happened earlier last week in Susquehanna Township.  If anyone knows this individual if you could please contact Detective Aaron Osman, aosman@susquehannatwp.com , 717-909-9232.  All information will be kept confidential.

The Susquehanna Township Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred outside of the Fulton Bank in the 3800 block of Union Deposit Road on 12-21-15 at approximately 0945hrs. Two males approached people in a car and displayed a handgun, and took money from them.

The Susquehanna Township Police are investing a retail theft that occurred at the Family Dollar, in Dauphin Plaza, on July 16, 2015 at approximately 2 PM.  The three pictured individuals concealed multiple items in an attempt to steal them.  Upon questioning, by the store manager, one of the females then proceeded to threaten the store manager.  The Susquehanna Township Police are seeking the identity of one or more of the females.  Please contact Det.

On July 7, 2015 at approximately 2:00pm there was a theft  at the Giant at 2300 Linglestown Road, in which a purse was taken out of a shoppers cart. The attached photos are suspects in the case and the Susquehanna Township Police are asking for assistance in identifying the persons. The white male and white female were seen leaving in a 2 door silver vehicle, believed to be a Honda Accord. Please call Det. On 4-28-15 at approximately 12:00 pm there was a retil theft at the Sneaker Villa on Union Deposit Road in Susquehanna Township. A black male entered the store with a white female and attempted to return a pair if sneakers and was refused due to the fact the shoes were worn. The male got upset and it is alleged he placed the sneakers in another shoe box and stole a pair of Nike sneakers prior to leaving. The Susquehanna Township Police Department is seeking any information as to his identity.

The Susquehanna Township Police Department is attempting to identify a male that is stealing razors and razor blades, from Weis Markets, on Union Deposit Rd.  The suspect will enter the store with a shopping cart and select a cleaning bucket from the housewares aisle then proceed to the razors and place multiple packs into the bucket until he can reach a place to conceal them in his coat and depart the store.  The suspect has stolen from Weis on several occasions, most recently on 1/5/15 at approximately 2:30 PM.
