There will be limited staff inside the police station between 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday for emergencies.
BEWARE of Phone scams from an alleged “IRS Agent” claiming that money was owed to the IRS. The callers will try to trick you and ask for money to be paid.
THE CALL IS A SCAM! There are also other scams on computers and over the phone. . . DO NOT send money, gift cards, or electronic transfers to strangers.

On 2/9/18 and again on 5/9/18 the two pictured males stole several items from the Smokes 2 Go store at the 3900 block of Jonestown Rd. A retail theft was reported at Gabe’s retail store at 3851 Union Deposit Road where the suspect threated store staff and fled in a Jeep SUV. The suspect was described as a Black male, 5'10-5'11, bald head, with a goatee, and a long scar on the right side of his face. The male was wearing gray/white jeans, a dark gray zip-up jacket, and a gray/red backpack.
