To Seek Justice For All.  The Office of the Dauphin County District Attorney, in partnership with the communities we serve, is dedicated to the pursuit of truth, justice, and the protection of the public.

Our vision is to enhance public safety and quality of life for all citizens within Dauphin County. We will be leaders in fair and effective prosecutions and progressive prevention initiatives.

Support for Victims

We embrace the Pennsylvania Victim Bill of Rights in order to inform, assist, and empower all people who need victim, witness, and survivor services.  We will show compassion to individuals and their families victimized by crime.

We have a shared responsibility for ensuring an accessible and responsive office, sound fiscal management, and operational efficiency.

We support the building of strong partnerships and collaborations with law enforcement, all members of the criminal justice system, and the communities we serve.
