District Attorney Edward M. Marsico, Jr., releases the results of the Eighth Dauphin County Grand Jury's investigation into the death of Jarrod Tutko, Jr., and Dauphin County Children & Youth's involvement with the Tutko family.  The Grand Jury Report and its accompanying Presentment are attached to this release.  Mr. Marsico will hold a press conference to discuss the report and the grand jury's investigation at 2 PM today in the lobby of the Dauphin County Court House.  He will also announce today's arrest of Dionne Bishop and Leviticus Hardy for criminal homicide charges for the May 8, 2015, starvation death of their 5 month old baby daughter, Lakia Hardy.
