The Dauphin County District Attorney's Office is seeking help with finding a critical witness to the June 3, 2014 slaying of Daylynn Smith.  Johnny Collins, 24, of Hall Manor, Harrisburg is charged with shooting Smith in the back with a 9mm handgun at the Hall Manor project that night.  Miccah Green, 20, of Hall Manor, is wanted by the District Attorney's Office on a material witness warrant.  If you have information about his whereabouts, please call Detective Ryan Neal at 717-255-7299 or rneal@cityofhbg.com.  You may also contact Dauphin County Crimestoppers at 1-800-262-3080.  A reward is available for information leading to his apprehension.  Collins is currently awaiting trial for the homicide.  

Note: In regards to the killing of Daylynn Smith, Collins is presumed innocent.
