Dauphin County District Attorney Ed Marsico today announced that the Dauphin County Drug Task Force and Lower Paxton Township police have made several arrests of drug dealers in Lower Paxton Township. “Deal drugs in Lower Paxton Township and you will get caught,” Marsico noted.
The Drug Task Force and Lower Paxton Township police have continued to target and investigate drug trafficking in the area, especially in light of the proliferation of heroin in Pennsylvania. “Too many young people are dying from heroin overdoses or are addicted to heroin in our county. We need to disrupt the supply chains of these drugs,” Marsico said. Lower Paxton Lieutenant Gary Seefeldt added that “we are committed to fighting drug trafficking and the pain it inflicts on our families.”
Arrested were:
David A. Roller Jr., 35 YOA of the 300 block of S. 2nd St., Steelton, PA 17113 Delivery of pills (Amphetamine, Sched. II and Alpraxolam, Sched IV)
Mr. Roller is in Dauphin County Prison awaiting arraignment on charge.
Nicole D. Sheetz, 21 YOA of the 7400 block of Wells Dr. in West Hanover Twp. Delivery of heroin
$25,000 bail, remains in DCP
Joshua D. Frye, 25 YOA of the 300 block of Berryhill Rd. in Lower Paxton Twp. Delivery of marijuana
$25,000 bail, remains in DCP
Bethany Ruth Lepperd, 24 YOA of the 1000 block of Wilhelm Rd. in Susquehanna Twp. Delivery of heroin
Warrant outstanding/not in custody
Joseph R. Stark, 20 YOA of the 400 block of Ridge Ave. in Enola. Delivery of heroin
$10,000 unsecured bail
Amber Lee Maben, 24 YOA of the 5600 block of Devon Dr. in Lower Paxton Township. Delivery of cocaine (also charged by Harrisburg Police Department with Drug Paraphernalia on separate complaint)
In DCP awaiting arraignment
Warrants were served by Lower Paxton PD Warrant Officer with assistance from Susquehanna Twp. PD and East Pennsboro PD.
Marsico credited the work of the Dauphin County Task Force and the cooperation between various agencies for the successful investigation.
All of the individuals charged are presumed innocent at this time.
