Commonwealth v Tyrone Hill: Two counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance charges against Tyrone Hill were held over to the Court of Common Pleas on September 28, 2015. Tyrone Hill appeared before Magisterial District Justice George A. Zozos for his preliminary hearing. The preliminary hearing was held and Attorney General Agent Christopher Juba testified that on two different occasions Hill sold heroin to a confidential informant. For the first occasion, Hill sold 5 grams of heroin for $500. On another occasion, Hill sold 28 grams of heroin for $2,800 to a confidential informant. During this transaction, Agents conducted both vehicle surveillance, as well as aerial surveillance on the transaction. These two new cases will be joined with his four pending cases currently scheduled for county court on November 12th, which are being prosecuted by Deputy District Attorney Andrew J. Jarbola, IV. The charges in his four pending November cases include possession with intent to deliver controlled substances, unlawful delivery of controlled substances, aggravated assault, and flight to avoid prosecution.
