January 6, 2015 - Commonwealth v. Jabre Versace Creamer: On Tuesday, January 6, 2015, Jabre Versace Creamer, a 19 year old male from Harrisburg, waived the preliminary hearing relating to charges that he shot and killed 17-year-old Harrisburg native Winston McCullough. Creamer and the victim were acquaintances. The crime occurred on the 400 block of Hummel Street in Harrisburg City on November 1, 2014 at around 2:30 a.m. Creamer and McCullough were together at that address with multiple other people, including the victims’ younger sisters. Creamer allegedly possessed a .22 caliber revolver handgun which was later found in the residence, and shot the victim once in the chest. During his confession the defendant claimed that the shooting was accidental. The defendant is being held without bail pending formal arraignment on February 25, 2015. Deputy District Attorney Christopher Jason is prosecuting this case on behalf of the Commonwealth.
