October 7, 2015-  Commonwealth v Dondre Chisom:  Dondre Chisom waived charges of homicide and persons not to possess a firearm into the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County. Chisom, 22, is accused of the July 2, 2015, shooting death of Christopher Williams, 34. The shooting occurred at the Exxon gas station at 1549 State Street in the City of Harrisburg. The defendant is next scheduled to appear in court on November 24, 2015.  Harrisburg Police Detective Kirk Aldrich investigated this case.  Chief Deputy District Attorney Jennifer Gettle is prosecuting this case on behalf of the Commonwealth.

Note: The charges are merely allegations at this time and Chisom is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
