March 4, 2015- Commonwealth v Ryan Johnson: On March 4, 2015 a Dauphin County jury convicted Ryan Johnson of Unlawful Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, False Identification to Law Enforcement and Criminal Use of Communication Facility. On April 3, 2014, the Harrisburg Police Department’s Vice Unit utilized a Confidential Informant to purchase 30 Clonazepam pills from Ryan Johnson in the area of Green and Boas Streets. Immediately following the sale, Johnson was arrested and found in possession of $100 in buy money and the cell phone that the Confidential Informant called to arrange the deal. Following his arrest, Ryan Johnson provided the police with a false name. Johnson is scheduled to be sentenced by the Honorable Scott. A. Evans on May 4, 2015. this case was prosecuted for the Commonwealth by Deputy District Attorney Brian Hokamp.
