March 11, 2015- Commonwealth v Toya Stump: A Dauphin County jury has found Toya Stump guilty violating Pennsylvania's Megan’s Law. Stump violated Pennsylvania's Megan’s Law reporting requirements for failing to report at the required intervals and further failed to update his place of residence and his employer information within three business days of changes to each, respectively. Stump was required to report under Megan’s Law for previously being convicted of Corruption of Minors and Unlawful Contact with Minors. He touched two young girls that lived with their aunt while she was dating Stump. He is facing a three year mandatory prison sentence now. The investigation of the reporting violations was conducted by Officer Jeffrey Levan of the Highspire Police Department. The case was prosecuted by the Commonwealth by Deputy District Attorney Joe Cardinale.
