November 19, 2015- Commonwealth v Leviticus Hardy & Commonwealth v Dionne Bishop:  Leviticus Hardy and Dionne Bishop were formally arraigned this morning before Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas Judge John F. Cherry.  Mr. Hardy and Ms. Bishop were each arraigned on the following charges: Criminal Homicide, Aggravated Assault on a child, and Endangering the Welfare of Children (2 counts each).  The charges stem from the May 8, 2015, death of their 5 month old daughter Lakia Hardy.  Judge Cherry set their next court appearance for June 2, 2016.
