FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Lower Paxton Township Police are currently investigating an arson which occurred on Saturday September 26, 2015, at approximately 1:20 AM.   The incident involved the intentional burning of a baseball field dugout, located to the north of Central Dauphin East High School, 626 Rutherford Rd. Harrisburg.
