The Harrisburg Police today formally filed aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of children charges against Kimberly Tutko and Jarrod Tutko, Sr. Last week, District Attorney Edward Marsico announced that the Dauphin County Eighth Investigating Grand Jury recommended the filing of additional criminal charges related to the Tutko's then 10 year old daughter Arianna.  When police responded to the death of Jarrod Tutko, Jr., on August 1, 2014, they discovered Arianna Tutko in a second floor bedroom confined to a hospital bed due to being in a 'vegetative state'.  Her condition at the time was critical.  Her heart rate was extremely low, as was her blood pressure and temperature.  Hygienically, she was also found to be in a very dirty state.  Grand Jury Presentment #1 is attached below.
