October 5, 2015- Commonwealth v Toni Fiore: On October 5, 2015 Lower Paxton resident Toni Fiore pled guilty to charges of Access Device Fraud, Identity Theft, and Theft by Unlawful Taking after admitting that she stole credit cards from an elderly woman for whom she was acting as a caretaker. Fiore used two of the victims cards over 15 times without authority, and signed receipts as if she were the victim multiple times. Detective James Glucksman of the Lower Paxton Township Police Department was the investigating and arresting officer in this case. Deputy District Attorney Christopher Jason prosecuted this case on behalf of the Commonwealth.
