On Friday, January 3, 2020 at approximately 2002 hours, Middletown Borough Police conducted a traffic stop on a silver 2002 Honda Accord bearing PA registration KPW1085 was driven by the defendant; Analisha Appleberry.  Upon further investigation, Appleberry had a suspended license, was in possession of a small amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and was presently under the influence of a controlled substance while operating a vehicle.  Appleberry was arrested and transported to the Central Booking Center for processing.
