On Saturday, June 6, 2020 at approximately 1456 hours, MPD received information in reference to someone picking up a fraudulent prescription at the Middletown Pharmacy; 436 East Main Street.  The prescription was for 300ml of Codeine and Z-Pack.  MPD staged within the pharmacy and waited as one of the two defendant's entered the pharmacy.  The one defendant; Angel Daniel Reyes was apprehended after a short foot pursuit, detained and arrested.  The second defendant; Albis Enriquez Aquino was waiting out front as he drove Reyes to the pharmacy.  Aquino was detained and arrested for attempting to obtain a fraudulent prescription.  Aquino was later transported to the Central Booking Center for processing and arraignment.
