On Friday, March 27, 2020 at approximately 1721 hours, MPD responded to an active hit and run which resulted in a three-vehicle accident in the 200 block of East Main Street.  While investigating the incident; MPD searched the vehicle resulting in marijuana and drug paraphernalia being located in the driver's purse.  The defendant; Natalie April Baxter was charged with possession of small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
