On Sunday, June 14, 2020 at approximately 0040 hours, MPD conducted a traffic stop on a gray 2007 Nissan Altima bearing PA KFL4826 in the area of East Water Street and Vine Street. The defendant; Johnny Borges-Dejesus admitted to MPD of drug use. Standard Field Sobriety was administered resulting in Borges-Dejesus being under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. A search of the vehicle was conducted resulting in locating heroin, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Borges-Dejesus was placed under arrest and transported to the Central Booking Center for processing
