The Middletown Borough Police were able to serve an outstanding warrant on Reginald Cabeche who was been a wanted Fugitive since February 2017. Mr. Cabeche was arrested in Lebanon County on October 11th 2019 and faces charges in their county along with our charges.

 Mr. Cabeche is wanted for criminal attempt delivery of a controlled substance and criminal use of communication device. These charges stem from February 22 2017 when Cabeche came to Middletown Borough with a co-defendant to sell Heroin to a confidential informant. Cabeche and his co-defendant fled from police during the incident.
