On Saturday, October 26, 2019 at approximately 0359 hours, MPD conducted a traffic stop on a maroon 2002 Buick Le Sabre. As a result of the stop, the driver; Joshua Chacon was taken into custody for an NCIC Warrant out of Schuylkill County for dangerous drugs as well as an additional charge for DUI - Controlled Substances and Driving with a Suspended License (DUI-Related). Chacon was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Central Booking Center.
