On Friday, January 24, 2020 at approximately 0246 hours, MPD conducted a traffic stop on a silver 2014 Volkswagen bearing PA KSS6677 in the 400 block of East Main Street.  The male; Howard J. Craighead III was operating a motor vehicle with a suspended drivers license.  A strong odor of marijuana was detected by MPD.  A search of the vehicle was conducted as a small amount of marijuana was located.  Craighead III was placed under arrest and transported to the Central Booking Center for processing.
