On Thursday, April 2 2020 at approximately 0409 hours, MPD responded to a noise complaint in the parking lot near the Pineford Management Building.  A vehicle occupied by three individuals was located running with the music blasting.  While investigating, open containers of alcohol were located in the rear seat of the vehicle.  Contact was made with the passenger; Hari Dahal, who was actively consuming an alcoholic beverage in front of MPD.  A search of Dahal's person was conducted which resulted in a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.  Dahal would receive charges for possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia as well as open container of alcohol via mail.
