On Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at approximately 0949 hours, MPD received a dispatch in reference to a non-active sexual assault at Karns Market.  An investigation was conducted as a customer came up to a store employee and inappropriately touched her.  The defendant; Robert Thomas Davis III was properly identified as the suspect and charged with Indecent Assault.
