On Thursday, March 26, 2020 at approximately 2206 hours, MPD conducted a traffic stop on a dark colored sedan near the intersection of West Water Street and Nissley Street.  Consent to search the vehicle based off of reasonable suspicion was conducted resulting in 1.41 oz of marijuana confiscated from the rear seat.  The defendant; Randy El-Nahrawy was charged with possession of small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
