On Sunday, April 25, 2021 at approximately 2206 hours, MPD received a dispatch to the area of the 300 block of Spring Street in reference to an active domestic.  During the investigation, it was discovered that Brian J. Gomez unlawfully recorded the victim with his cell phone without her permission.  Gomez was placed under arrest for wiretapping.
