On Saturday, January 23, 2021 at approximately 1113 hours, MPD conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with an expired registration; 03/31/2020.  The driver was identified as Eric Hammaker.  Hammaker displayed pin-point pupils as well as other indicators of impairment.  A consent to search the vehicle was conducted which resulted in finding two suspected baggies of heroin as well as paraphernalia.  Hammaker was placed under arrest and taken to the CBC for processing on DUI and Possession charges.
