On Thursday, October 31, 2019 at approximately 0056 hours, MPD conducted a business check at the Sparkling Water Laundromat in the 300 block of South Wood Street.  At this time, contact was made with three individuals, who were inside the business after hours.  MPD conducted an investigation as the one male; Justin James Harper had a warrant for his arrest out of Middletown Borough Police Department.  A search incident to arrest was conducted by MPD as a small amount of marijuana was located and confiscated.  Harper was placed in custody and transported to the Central Booking Center for processing.
