On Sunday, February 10, 2020, Middletown Borough Police were notified of damage to white vinyl fencing outside Buildings 12 and 6 of Nittany Place; 625 Spring Street.  Throughout a thorough investigation and video evidence of the crime, the defendant; Harrison Hefner was charged with Criminal Mischief.  The damage accounted for $2,000.00 worth of repairs.
