On Saturday, August 15, 2020 at approximately 0238 hours, MPD conducted a traffic stop on a white Mazda 3 bearing PA KXC9275 in the area of the 700 block of East Main Street.  An investigation was conducted resulting in a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia being located inside a black bookbag in the rear of the ehicle.  The defendant; Ryan Kalwara was charged with Possession of Small Amount of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
