On Monday, November 1, 2021, the Middletown Borough Police responded to an active domestic at the Elmwood Building in Pineford.  A thorough investigation was conducted resulting in Xavier Jamie Martinez being placed under arrest for strangulation and possession of drug paraphernalia.  Martinez was transported to the Central Booking Center for processing and arraignment.
