On Monday, January 18, 2021 at approximately 0211 hours, MPD conducted a traffic stop in the area of the 2100 block of Pineford Drive.  Contact was made with the driver; Ja'Brell McClain.  A strong odor of marijuana was detected as a consent search was conducted.  A search of the vehicle resulted in finding several items of drug paraphernalia.  A consent search of McClain resulted in finding two clear baggies of marijuana.  McClain was released via summons for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.
