On Thursday, July 9, 2020 at approximately 0350 hours, MPD conducted a traffic stop on a dark blue 2011 Chrysler 200 with an illegible and obscured license plate.  MPD obtained the license plate; PA HVV8738.  The vehicle was driven by Sean Michael Kreiser and front seat passenger; Jason Allen Moyer.  A search of the vehicle was conducted resulting in crystal meth and drug paraphernalia being located in the door and center console.  Moyer fled on foot into the nearby fields where he was later apprehended without incident with the help of outside agencies and a K9.  Moyer was placed under arrest and transported to the Central Booking Center for processing.
