On Friday, January 3, 2020 at approximately 2002 hours, Middletown Borough Police conducted a traffic stop on a silver 2002 Honda Accord bearing PA registration KPW1085 was occupied by Analisha Rushelle Appleberry and front seat passenger; Tyler George Rodriguez.  Upon further investigation, Rodriguez was in possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.  Rodriguez was placed under arrest and transported to the Central Booking Center for processing.
