On 09-24-2020 at approximately 1145hrs Middletown Police Department generated arrest warrants for Nathaniel Philips and Rebecca Nace for two counts of theft stemming from an incident that was to have occurred sometime overnight. Items stolen were an automobile and a 9mm handgun. The incident took place in the first block of Ann Street here in the Borough of Middletown. 

The two suspects were subsequently arrested and taken into custody on 09-29-2020 by Harrisburg City Police Department and transported to Dauphin County Booking for arraignment.
