On Sunday, May 31, 2020 at approximately 1433 hours, MPD received a dispatch in reference to a non-active incident at Frey Village in the 1000 Block of North Union Street.  The defendant; Darron Keith Taylor Jr. made comments of decapitating and killing the victim as well as burning her businesses down.  MPD conducted an investigation into this matter and filed charges of Terroristic Threats against Taylor Jr.
