Middletown Units were dispatched for a male yelling outside a residence in the 600 Block of Briarcliff Road in the borough. Officers found a male, later found to be the victim, in the area of the dispatch. The male advised he was beat up by his friend while being walked home. The friend, identified as Mr. Veiga, had knocked him down and began hitting him in the head as a result of a comment he had made. Mr. Veiga then stole the victims property which he had on his person.
