The Middletown Borough Police want to advise the public of the importance of the crosswalk in the 300 Block of West Main Street by the new Train Station.  ALL traffic must stop for pedestrians when the LIGHTS on the crosswalk signs are FLASHING! Failure to stop for a pedestrian when the lights are flashing can result in a traffic citation; PA 75 Sec. 3114(A)(2).
